Meet The Team
Nico Conte
Meet Nico, the proud owner and barber of Andes Barbershop, one of Copenhagen's top destinations for premium haircuts and grooming.
Originally from Argentina, Nico brings his passion for hair and attention to detail to Denmark, improving his craft at some of Copenhagen’s most popular barbershops for four years before launching his own vision.
With a foundation in hairdressing from Argentina and advanced barbering skills learned from industry icons like Kevin Miller, Nico combines South American charm with modern precise techniques. His training at the prestigious Menspire Academy in London helped him master the art in creating precision shapes, dynamic textures, and unique styles, turning every haircut into a personalized and tailored service.
Nico is an expert, mod cuts and mid-length hairstyles. If you’re after something creative, a little different, and not the typical fade cut, he’s the barber you want in your chair.
At Andes Barbershop, every haircut starts with a thoughtful consultation. Nico believes that understanding your preferences and personality is key to delivering a style that’s not just sharp and modern but truly yours. It’s all about passion, creativity, and making every client feel their best.
Jordan Quinn
Our fade master and Irish charmer—the second hand of the shop and a key part of the Andes Barbershop experience.
Jordan has a gift for making everyone feel right at home. With his Irish humor and warm personality, he’s the kind of barber who can turn a "simple" haircut into a unforgettable experience.
He’s always up for a challenge and loves stepping out of his comfort zone — so don’t hesitate to ask for something unique. He’s well known for his clean clipper work, sharp fades, buzz cuts, precise beard trims and tight short hairstyles.
A true enthusiast of the craft, Jordan is constantly learning and refining his skills, drawing inspiration from some of the best barbers in Europe. His dedication to quality and passion for barbering make him an essential part of what makes Andes Barbershop one of Copenhagen’s favorite spots for premium haircuts and grooming.
Mari
Mari comes straight from Poland with scissors in one hand and probably a bike handle in the other. She’s absolutely obsessed with bicycles and, for reasons we still can’t explain, also with juggling fire (yes, actual fire).
As one of the few female barbers in Copenhagen, she proves that she’s not just good — she’s often better than people expect.
She’s extremely detailed, has the softest touch, and manages to turn even a simple men’s haircut, beard trim, or skin fade into a full experience.
Mari can talk about hair for hours without even noticing the clock — and her clients love it. Emotional, kind, and just a little bit magical, Mari brings fresh energy to our hair salon. Whether you’re after a sharp new look, a relaxing grooming session, or just good vibes in the chair, you’re in safe hands with her.

Javi
Meet Javi—our latest addition to the Andes Barbershop team.
Originally from Argentina, Javi has worked his way through Mexico and Spain before landing in Copenhagen to continue doing what he loves most: cutting hair and being part of a place where the craft is taken seriously. That kind of move doesn’t happen without real passion for the craft.
He's the guy who says yes to everything, brings a calm energy to the chair, pays attention to the small details, and takes real pride in making sure every client walks out feeling sharp and confident.
He’s especially comfortable with beard trims, clipper work, and modern short hairstyles, while also enjoying classic scissor cuts.
Easygoing, humble, and naturally stylish, Javi is the kind of barber who lets his work speak for itself.
Definitely one of the most stylish barbers in Copenhagen.
Baby
She´s our barbershop´s beloved mascot, you will find her during the week, probably sleeping on her sofa.
She’s always ready to welcome you with a wag and a hello before going back to her spot.
Baby’s also our reminder to keep things running smoothly—she’s the one barking when we forget to offer a drink to our clients!
Charming, playful, and part of the Andes Barbershop family, you will love her.
